W8 weight loss programme

Hi everyone

I have started doing the W8 programme in a bid to lose 2 stone fast. I can't beleive I can chose to eat everyday and still lose 2 stone in 2 months! I started 2 weeks ago and I have already lost 14 lbs. The mealpacks are nice and there is a Spaghetti Bolognaise pack which is lush which i have with salad or veggies so you can eat loads!
I'm so chuffed I just wanted to tell you about it as it's not well known and its fab because I don't have to go to groups either I ordered mine online as my hubby is away.
If you want to get rid of the weight fast and eat too give it a try. It's the best thing I have done and the best bit is that I'm not hungry.

Anyone else doing W8 out there?

Hello loz16

Well done on your weight loss so far! I would love to be 2 stone lighter by xmas. Can you tell me more about the W8 prog. Is it expensive??

I've did W8 and I really wasn't that keen on the packs tbh, they were okay, but the cambridge diet ones are soooooooo much nicer and cheaper too.

Cambridge also do a version, like W8, where you can have a small meal at night too. Also Cambridge have bars and ready made cartons of shakes.

Of course, you can't do Cambridge online, like you can with W8. Each to their own but i thought I'd share my comparison of W8/CD with you.

Very very well done on getting into it, VLCD's are fab as long as you don't return to your old eating habits (like me who put a stone back on and is back on CD as of yesterday!

why ?

i did cambridge last summer and went from 14,3 to 11,7. Its a really really effective diet with amazing results.

my mistake was stopping beofre i reached my ultimate goal (10,7 to 11 stone)

I have put on a little recently and and about 11,9 and that has made me want to lose the rest. I have to say i over indulged over the summer with choc, french, bread, cheese, wine etc but that normally I just eat reasonably healthily with a take away once a week.

I like the idea of doing it online though, without having to faff about going to see a counceller or group.

How much is it costing you?
