I lost 4 stone since dd was born 2 years ago but I have put half back on and I wasn't quite where I wanted to be so i have decided that now is the time to shift the rest.
I stopped smoking last week but have managed not to put any weight on, which is a good start, i do quite a lot of excersice i run twice a week, was about 5k but upped to 8k today. I also try to get to yoga or someything like that once a week.
i have done every diet going in my campaign to get slim, I don't really want to do a diet as such, I did slimming world, slim fast, low carb and very low calorie.
I am going on holiday in about a month and would really like it if I could lose the first 1/2 stone by then because then I would be back to where i was before.
Any tips or motivational musings for me?

I weigh myself once a week and write it down. I find that puts me in the right mindset. Used to have a chart on the kitchen cupboard when I lost weight before I had dd. I gave myself targets as well like open Hersheys when I got to 10st 10!

Well done on loss so far by the way! Bulgar wheat is really good as well. Use it instead of pasta/rice or have it with salad/tuna etc for lunch.

I lost 1 stone in 4 months by weighing myself daily and setting really clear targets (like lose 2lbs by Friday). I did not do any particular diet but ate sensibly, never ate puddings etc, drank very little alcholol and tried to limit carbs in the evening (carbs are a killer for me - by weighing myself daily I realised I often gained 2lbs overnight after having pasta for dinner).

I also swam about 3x a week and walked everywhere I could.
