Before Christmas I did fab with the Weight Watchers points plan and lost 1.5 stone within a couple of weeks but then after the New Year I just couldn't get motivated again and still can't. I'll start well but then come the evening I eat all the biscuits, crisps and pizza that belongs to other people in the house but we share everything so temptation is always there. Anyway, after being told it looks like i've put a bit of it back on today, I felt like crap but it gave me more determination so as from tomorrow i'm back on the bandwagon. Me, Lola, size 24 WILL look nice in a bikini come before 2009 comes along. Anyone who is finding it hard too, please pop on this thread for moral support. We CAN do it! Now...where are those chocolate digestives?

Step away from the biscuits! I rememebr your threads before christams when you'd lost over 1 stone, and I was really for you, and you were really happy! You can feel like that again...just think of the summer coming up (where oh where?) and thos loverly salads and bbqs.
