Hello.
Does anyone follow this eating plan? If so:
Ive just bought the Every Day Diet Book online and its arrived but doesnt have the seven day diet in it.
I am really geared up to start on Monday and cant get a copy of the book with it in it in time! Does anyone know what it entails??
I really hope you can help.
