Curves

Has anyone used Curves gym/weight loss centres. There is one opened on Oxford Street that looks fairly interesting but I wondered whether it would be a flash in the pan sort of thing or would actually work. I can probably put up with the idea of half an hour exercise!

I went and lost 13lbs in my first six weeks and I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately I moved and ended up not continuing going but it was so easy and the only time I have ever bothered with regular exercise. It kick started me losing over five stone in total and I would definitely go back and probably will go back when I've had my baby.

Go go go! Oh and do it with someone, makes it way more fun

My sister has just started going in Dublin - a couple of her friends are going and enjoying it.

And I have just discovered there is one here in Budapest near where I live! Am very excited! Won't join this week as have put a bid in for 6 months membership at a silent auction at school and will know more about that on Saturday.
