Weightwatchers and Callanetics

Hi

I joined weightwaters tonight. I have four stone to lose. I also plan to do six hours of Callanetics a week.

Anyone else done this combination?

Just finished day 1 of WW - I've found it quite easy today even though totm has just started.

Completed 9 hours of Callanetics tonight and taken my measurements - truely shocked and upset but at least I've faced the music (at last).

I got my Callanetics dvd and videos from ebay. You can also get used videos from Amazon. Good luck they are great exercises.
