How much did you lose in your first week at Slimming World?

Am thinking of joining but need a lot more motivation!

I put on 6 lbs I think that was becuase I had been on a realy strict diet before hand so all those lovely veggies were a bit of a shock to the system!

I'm thinking of joining Slimming World as well and have been studying their website and downloaded the 7 day meal plans. The trouble is I usually only manage to stick to something for a week and then end up putting the 3lb that I lost back on!

So is it easy to stick to once you get into it? I would really like something that would make me eat a lot healthier and a lot less junk than I eat now

I lost 3lb on my first week.

Have been doing it for ages. Lost 4.5lb this week

There is a SW thread, why don't you post on it & get some advice & ideas from members

5 and a half for me, but I didn't stick to it The group consultant left that week and for the next six we had four different ones. I am so cross as I could be a couple of stone lighter by now. It was very easy to follow and i did get really into it but just slipped out of the habit as usual!
