I know someone mentioned that they did this and really got on well.
Just be interested in generally your experiences and maybe any helpful hints, etc...!
I am at the moment waiting for my supplements , etc... and am hoping on starting it the week after next.
Can't wait...of course am hoping that I don't come out in a major rash again ( am at the moment introducing juices back wiht no more then 1 new ingredient...so, hopefully that way I will be able to work out what I reacted on, lol)

How did you get on 3andnomore? I got a juicer yesterday and it came with the book and I am pondering whether to do it? Could you get all the ingedients easily and what about the supplements..where did you get them from?
