Clean eating

I want to change my eating habits massively and try to become much healthier. I have signed up to the gym, but I know that eating healthy is a big part of it.

I have been reading up on clean eating but would love to hear from real people who do this.
I am sick of feeling tired and gross. And eating out or getting take out is such a waste of money.

I'm thinking for breakfast I can buy plain porridge outs and blend it with honey or maybe a chopped up banana.

For lunch I am stumped as I eat or snack in the car between jobs. I can probably take fruit or nuts but I could do with a proper lunch option that won't go off in the car.

I also want to get to the gym regular but am quote self conscious and dont really know where to start. I'm quite slim but have quite a rounded fat stomach which I just cannot seem to get rid of.

I also want teas that are clean but are also good for the kids to eat.

I guess I am asking for other people's experiences, advice etc to motivate me and help me begin..

Take a look at the Louise Parker Method - her book is called Lean for Life. I've lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks. Recipes adapt well for all the family just add more carbs. Also a thread on here too. Xxx
