Has anyone done this only and noticed a difference? I am not a big eater (honestly!) but weight has crept up while I really don't think I am eating any more than usual.
Half stone hard to shift esp as now I'm in 40's. Not looking for massive weight loss, just enough not to buy new clothes.
Bottle of wine maybe more if out etc per week.
Wouldn't do any harm to do without wine anyway but wondering if anyone has made this change only and how quickly they noticed a change.
I walk regularly though no gym, running etc.
