Starting Blood sugar diet today

Right this is it. I am utterly fed up and I am doing this once and for all.

i am 158cm (5.2) and weighed in at 75.4kg (11.8st) this morning. Goal weight is just under 9st 57kg

Come and join us on the blood sugar diet thread part 4- it's easy to find. Lots of old timers and newbies on there with lots of advice
