I am about to start the Harcombe diet - Day 1 tomorrow. I stopped drinking at the end of March as alcohol was becoming a problem for me. Since then I have been eating more sugar and carbs and although I haven't put any weight on, I haven't lost any either. I want to lose 14 -21 lbs. I haven't been ready until now but I think the time has come !! Does anyone want to join me ?
