DD is 20 months and I've just turned 40 (eek). I've always been curvy (but not -too- overweight). However, since my pregnancy, I've gained/retained flab around my tummy.
I've started running (tentatively), but is this enough to help me find my waistline again? I feel if I don't do something now, it will be gone forever!
What are your top tips diet/exercise for finding a lost waistline? Is a hula-hoop the way to go? (Seriously, I'm 'this' close!!!)
