Weight loss chat

Finding Easter very difficult in terms of control. How are you all getting on?

I'm 10lbs down thanks to SW.
Yesterday I just gorged myself on crisps, chocolate and shit.
Went out for a meal after getting weighed which I never do, so fully expecting a gain this week.

Very disappointed.
Today, I'm taking it back. Have had 2 weetabix so far.
Not sure what else to eat today, weigh in is Wednesday.

Any suggestions or words of encouragement on how to continue with this.

I'm sick of being fat, miserable and uncomfortable.

What works for you after a bad couple of days?

Over the past eight months I have lost 2.5 stone, throughout that time my weight loss has sometimes plateaued and at other times I have gained slightly. A mantra I tell myself is "one bad day won't make me fat and one good day won't make me slim". I aim to stick to the plan 80% of the time and when I fall off the wagon I try not beat myself up but just get back on it.
