I'm 10lbs down thanks to SW.
Yesterday I just gorged myself on crisps, chocolate and shit.
Went out for a meal after getting weighed which I never do, so fully expecting a gain this week.
Very disappointed.
Today, I'm taking it back. Have had 2 weetabix so far.
Not sure what else to eat today, weigh in is Wednesday.
Any suggestions or words of encouragement on how to continue with this.
I'm sick of being fat, miserable and uncomfortable.
What works for you after a bad couple of days?
