Nutribullet Question

I've decided I need to lose 1 stone and wonder whether substituting a nutriblast for one meal a day would do it?

I'm thinking dinner would be the best time for it?

Up until now I've used a mixture of kale, banana, coconut water, apple and kiwi. Am I doing it right?

I would switch it up a bit with the flavours -otherwise you will get bored.

I always think sacrificing some carbs in an evening meal is a great way to lose weight.

I lost two stone over 3 months by simply not having starchy carbs in my evening meal and by doing TaeKwonDo twice a week. I also walked 20 minutes for school pick up and back each day.

I did not change my breakfast (usually weetabix or porridge - with oat milk -I am lactose intolerant). did not change my lunch - just a standard sandwich, and a fruit. I didn't do snacks either.

My dinner was chicken/pork usually in some kind of sauce with boiled/microwaved vegetables and 3 pieces of fruit. No other carbs.

As crazy as it sounds, I used homepride/lloyd grossman sauces which I know aren't exactly diet food, but I still lost weight steadily and quickly.

I would then do this for 6 days a week and on the 7th day I would eat a normal dinner with a dessert. I followed this for about 14 weeks.

centrigrade well done you!

In the past I've also cut out the carbs and seen good results, maybe I should consider that.

DH bought the Nutribullet after Christmas (probably along with thousands of other over indulged eater!) so I feel it should get used!

The only problem I can foresee for me with having a nutriblast for dinner is the willpower aspect, i.e. sitting in front of the TV feeling hungry!!

Something's got to change though as I'm the heaviest I've ever been.

Also love the idea of the 7th day being normal. Don't think I could survive without my Sunday roast Smile

I would do that for breakfast, rather than dinner to be honest. All you can do is try and tweak if it doesn't work or causes annoyance that you aren't eating in the evening!
