Hi

I am looking to join somewhere in the new year and wondered what is best? Which works best? i have done WW in past but i really feel i want to give something new a try, you no new year - new me etc. I just dont want to be in the same position with my weight after a few months of doing one.

Any ideas which is best?

thanks

Hypnosis. I'm not joking. I went to a lady who did a ten week course (it was £60) - an hour a week - and lost a sixteen pounds during the course without any special diet at all. Save tons compared to what I would have spent observing a regimented ww or sw diet. Went on to lose a further stone over the next three months and it has stayed off and I'm now my right weight. I know it sounds freaky but I it really did work for me.

I think I would be interested in hypnosis, where did you find this woman Lilypad?

I actually bid for the course as it had been entered as a lot on a charity auction. But she was a member of something called "freedom clinic" , which I think is like a patented weight loss hypnotherapy course so there maybe a hypnotherapist in your area that does it. I can recommend it so much. It does wonders for your self-confidence whilst you're losing weight - no worrying about weigh-in day etc.and feeling like it's not coming off quick enough. You just feel increasingly happier in your skin from week one and really nice and calm and like I say no need to buy special food or prepare menus etc so perfect if you don't like or haven't got time to faff about.

Can I resurrect this thread please?

Help! I'm gonna have to do something here about my weight

Does slimming world fit in better around what everyone else in the family are eating. (I understand it's to do with colour coding good and bad foods?) I can't see me making different meals for me.
