I got to within half a pound of my target weight after a long slog of dieting over the summer. Only, I now feel like my dieting is over and keep telling myself that it's ok to have a treat/extra helping/snack because .
Of course the weight I lost is now starting to creep back on.
How do I get the motivation back?? I only have 4lbs to lose, but if I don't get rid of it now, it'll soon be 5, 6, 7...
