I have just eaten my last takeaway

Well. My last one until I am svelte and gorgeous a healthy BMI anyway.

Current weight - 12 stone 7lbs
Goal weight - 10 stone

Fancy cheering me on? please? Talk to me and stop me eating?

I am unhappy at this weight.

Good for you but can I also add that we live in the real world and if you do succumb when you're with a group of friends you are going to feel dreadful and it could stop you from getting to your goal.

Have a look at their menus and plan the sort of meal you could have without blowing a hole in your diet. Something like tandoori chicken with boiled rice or ok maybe if in a restaurant to have your rice prepared with the smallest amount of oil.

I would personally have that with no poppodum or naan and maybe have chicken Korma and plain rice. I leave most of the sauce in the carton.

Also sugar is a big factor in why diets fail there's a low/ no sugar thread. Having a sugary snack keeps those sugar cravings going so that you want more. Get the first sugar free day out f the way and it makes life a lot easier.

I did three months. Then was. Unwell and had some chocolate. It lasted about 3 weeks and now I'm sugar free again. It doesn't bother me now because I know I can do it.

Eat food as close to the plant or animal as you can. None of those horrible diet drinks that keep your sugar cravings going and are full of chemicals.

Keep your carbs low. You can do this.

See it as a marathon not a sprint. Eat for good health rather than to lose weight and you will lose weight naturally.

Thank you, but I'm doing a meal replacement diet so all temptation is removed. Grin
