Hello ladies so I've been thinking (dangerous for me) as the majority of us would like to lose weight or feel healthier that I thought I could make a facebook page for all us yummy mummies to share progress, meal ideas, exercise ideas and general support for one another.. I'm quite into fitness myself so I'd try and post something to motivate us everyday etc comment and let me know if your interested and I'll say it up this aft!! Don't want to create it and I have no one in the group and look like a Billy no mates lol have a good day xx
