Pro points weeklies- spread 'em, splurge or avoid??

Morning all!

Jumped up, excitedly, for third weigh in this morning....d'oh, a pound and a half up!! Boo. I'm here looking for some ideas about why that might be please.

I have 29 pp a day, earn a few AP but not enough to boast about. Weeks one and two, I had a bit of a splurge at the start of the week (each time using around 30 of my weeklies) so then had just about 3 extra weekly points per day for the rest of the week. Used them happily and lost 8 pounds in the first fortnight. Woop!

This week, there was no big social event on day one, so spread my weeklies through the week. i have had them all, but around 6 or 7 a day...and put on 1.5 lbs.

I'm disappointed, obviously, but am in this for the long haul, so more interested really.

Do you splurge on one big night with your weeklies?
Or do you spread 'em?
Or do you avoid them? (I'm not really that interested in this option- as I said, I'm in this for the long haul so whatever makes it easier to live like this forever!)

Final option is that a 4 pound loss is week 2 was just a bizarre miracle and This week's gain was just the clouds aligning to set that straight!

Pos you just jumped on the scale at your absolute lowest and the real loss is more like 2.5 lbs. Some people like to weigh in every day and chart it on a graph as you can see that day to day weight will go up and down but overall there is a downwards trend. Just do whatever work for you with the treats.
