Want to lose weight, don't like SW or WW but like group support, anywhere like that?

I like the idea of a support group but I hate diets where you count or measure etc. I know how to lose weight but I need RL support this time

Hi I did ww and finally shifted my weight, lost 4 stone but hated the group meetings but needed the weigh to motivate myself. Have you got any friends you could do a diet with then weigh at boots or something? Good luck x

You don't count or measure much on SW and I think WW has a version that's like that too, mostly eating freely from a list of foods.

I was a size 20 22 and had half heartedly tried everything. If you really want to do it you do it. I low carb but know it's not for everyone. If you want to lose weight you have to keeptabs one way or another. Stop fucking about and do it you know you must expend more energy than you consume.

Why don't you join the next low carb Bootcamp? Starts on 29/9. The whole point of Bootcamp is that there's no weighing or counting!
