Ok, I know i'm lazy but can someone who does SW please give me their menu for the week!!!!!!

Bump. I would be interested in a typical weeks menu, am trying healthy eating and lots of exercise but think I need more of a 'plan' on the food front.

This is my plan for the week (with a few gaps!)

Tuesday RED
Breakfast:Melon,Shredded wheat (heb),Low fat yogurt
Lunch:Beef bolognese with grated cheese (hea)
Green salad, tomato, cucumber
Low fat yogurt
Dinner: Poached egg with smoked haddock
Nectarine
Low fat yogurt

Wednesday GREEN
Breakfast:Melon,Shredded wheat bitesize(heb)
Low fat yogurt
Lunch:Cous cous, green salad, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion
Dinner: Stir-fry vegetables with chicken on noodles
Fruit

Thursday GREEN
Breakfast:Melon, All bran (heb),Low fat yogurt
Lunch:Omelette with spring onion, tomato and grated cheese (heb),Green salad
Dinner: Egg fried rice with vegetables
Low fat yogurt

Friday RED
Breakfast:Melon, All bran (heb), Low fat yogurt
Lunch:not decided yet!
Dinner:Chicken and Champ, Low fat yogurt

Saturday RED
Breakfast: Melon, All bran (heb),Low fat yogurt
Lunch: Picnic ? salad, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, ?coronation chicken?
Dinner: Chicken teriyaki Stir Fry

Sunday GREEN
Breakfast: Melon, All bran (heb),Low fat yogurt
Lunch:OUT ? probably salad or roast
Dinner:Beans on toast

Usually eat so much at meals that I don't want a snack too .

If I do tho'- fruit!

Weighed this morning - lost another 3lbs. That's 1st 6.5lb in 7 weeks! Yeee haaah! Also got slimmer of the week this week.

Hmm let me think - dh is on red days ans I do green so.

Monday
breakfast cereal and milk
Lunch - me can of chickpea dhal topped with cottage cheese, I was desparate and hungry!! DH left over roast chicken and salad
Dinner - DH herby pork meatballs and ratatouille (from SW eating out book) Actually I lie, this was the plan, but he had to go out so I think had a sandwich out (no idea really)
Me ratatouille from recipe above with spaghetti and cheese
(kids spaghetti and meatballs, no sauce)

Tuesday - DH is supposed to me having spicy chicken casserole (from July mag) But will be having meatballs
Me no idea as it is class tonight and I haven't decided!!

Wednesday DH - spicy chicken casserole with veg

Thursday - DH chicken casserole (He loves this stuff!! )

Friday - Fish and chips for children, wegdes, beans and eggs for me, Simply Salmon wedges and veg for dh

Not much use am i!!
