Healthy & Filling Plan on Weight Watchers

Does anyone follow the Healthy & Filling version of Weight Watchers? I'm thinking of following this and wondered what your opinions of it are. Is it easy to follow? Have you had successful weight loss? Can you recommend any good websites with food/recipe ideas?

I have followed this. I have been going to ww since the end of October and have lost 17lb.
Tbh I mix and match between the two plans. I lose more weight when I do more Filling and Healthy days. It's easy to follow and very flexible. I like the fact that you can have ww bagels, baked beans and baked sweet potatoes. I eat loads of those.

If I want anything not on the green list, I take it out of my 49 weekly points.

Good luck.

Thank for your response, that's encouraging. Is there anything that will tell me which breads are allowed? Or is it just ww bread?

Thanks again. And also, crumpets are allowed? Any, even though they're white? Really?

Another thing... I've bough some brown nimble bread and checked the nutritional values against some bog-standard brown bread and they're almost exactly the same per 100g. The only difference is the nimble slices are smaller, in which case if you're eating the same amount then there's no difference at all, is there?
