Help! Has anyone got the food doctor 7 day diet book? whats the first day menu please?

I have been psyching myself up to start this 7 day diet tomorrow, bought all the stuff and bankrupted myself but have stupidly left the book at work where I went to photocopy it the diet plan for the week...

I think I have found a rough idea of what the first day is, but can't find anything else online, really don't want to wait another day to start as have just eaten all the carbs in the house so can anyone who has the book help me out with what is on the first day?

Just googling this diet plan and your post came up. I have the book having done it once before several years ago but got pregnant and forgot about it...3 stone later here I am again! I've just completed day three and am feeling good that i finally have. Did you start? I'd love to know how you're doing, especially in terms of making it work longer term. I am a carb junkie and have spiralled out if control with my weight. Lost 3 lbs as far and feeling confident I can stick to it. Anyway, hope its going well for you. Please let me know how you're doing!
