Parisian Wedding Theme -Help me!!

Ok so any help very gratefully recieved. We are getting married next summer and I thought a parisian theme would be nice as DF proposed on the Eiffel tower and we then spent a very romantic week there .So ideas so far are ,

my dress is vintage looking with long lacy sleeves
was thinkin red for bridesmaids?
damask style stationary?
cake like eiffel tower with the tiers as the levels and cake toppers posistioned where we got engaged
tables named after the sights we visited
favours-french soap for the ladies and eiffel tower bottle openers for the men
for desert i was thinking about having french coffee and a pattisserie table?
maybe having some not too french dishes for the reception
Do these ideas sound ok , anyone got any other ideas or had a similar theme ?
Only other question is that groomsmen will all be wearing kilts and we will have a ceildh band can i blag my way through saying the wedding is a fusion of parisian -scottishness?Or would it be better if i chose a different theme to fit in with the scottishness?TIA x

You know I wouldn't worry about tryingh to hard to fit everything into a single theme. Your theme is stuff we like/ have done together so it works.

I think I saw something on this blog where they had things like croissants, millefeuille etc. for deserts.

Maybe navy/french blue and white for colour theme, with red accents? this kind of script for invitations and other stationery, maybe with a picture of the eiffel tower on them?
