Dearest weather aficionados can I ask your advice; we are in in mid Norfolk and we are having a large 4th birthday party at our house on 30th May. How prepared do we need to be to take the party inside? I have high hopes for it being a lovely day outside!

'Tis a bit far ahead (things are usually a bit more certain 4/5 days before) but just had a quick look and at the moment I'd say it's looking warmish ~ 15 or 16C but with a chance of showers so probably wise to be prepared for a quick dash inside!

Glorias forecast still stands as the most likely scenario at the moment.

Hate to report back with this but looking at the forecast, Sunday is looking awful now ~ one of those days when it starts raining late morning and just carries on 'til the evening. Might be wise if you prepare for an indoor party Sad

30th is Saturday
We also have a party which I would prefer to be outside but am fully prepared for rain.

It is, isn't it ~ why did I register the 30th as being Sunday? Confused and Blush
Saturday is looking OK for most of the country ~ the better day out of the two!

Mild panic attack endured as the three forecast sites that I had been looking at for Saturday had given me quite a bit of hope! I am going to be prepared for the worst just in case.

Think you're going to have a nice day, NameNumber and don't think wind's going to be a problem ~ just a light breeze is all.
