The met office has got us down for no more rain till weekend.Can you weather experts give me any indication if there right

The local stream has burst its banks in 2 places and we now needing boots to do the school run any more rain and the whole lots going to go and im going to be needing boots indoors

the pressure forecast is for building high pressure over central UK - so should be very little or no rain - so hopefully it will give your stream time to drain a bit.

We have a marsh now where our garden used to be - have never seen it so wet.

i really hope so stream is normal 18 inches deep and 2 foot wide at max is now about 5-6 foot wide and the same deepShock.

should say some areas its around 20 foot wide where its over the banks any more rain and the rest will be over

throckenholt is correct. You look clear for a few days. At least (if my geography hasnt gone totally to pot) you shouldnt be having to worry about run off from hills either? so in general what you have now waterwise is what you'll get, though I suppose you'll have to see what happens with fields and whatnot draining into it.
