17 month old starting occasionally vomiting after milk

Hi all,
Just what it says really! ds vomited his afternoon milk on Sunday but we put it down to car sickness as the road was v bumpy. Then tonight he had a little bit of his bedtime milk and vomited it up. It's only the milk, not any food. He's had a cold recently but I'm wondering if he's trying to drop milk feeds. He usually has 100ml mid am, 210 ml before nap, 100ml mid pm and another 200ml at bedtime. Looking at it, that is a lot isn't it? Anyone have any experiences of toddlers dropping milk?! Or willing to share schedules? Thanks!

Could you swap his mid morning for a snack and some milk in a cup? That might help. Also, are yiu feeding cow's milk? It it's toddler milk it might be worth swapping to normal cow's milk
