Possible wheat allergy?

My dd has started blw about a week ago and the past couple of days she has had weetabix mixed with formula on the tray of her highchair, so has been using her hands to eat. She has got dry skin in her cheeks and slightly red, which I put down to dribbling and teething at first but now this morning after breakfast she has a small dry patch on her forehead too.
Just wondering if this sounds like an allergy or if anyone has encountered anything similar

What I'd try is stop giving the weetabix and see if it clears up. Retry it again in a couple of weeks and see if it causes any reaction. That's probably going to give a clear idea of what's going on.
