Any BLW veterans out there?

My lovely 6mth DS is happily eating wholemeal pitta, white and brown toast, carrots, parsnips, rice cakes and now cheese (he LOVES the cheese!)

I've been having a gander at my fridge/cupboard for new ideas...is there any reason why i can't try any of the following (and if i can, how best to prepare them?)

Egg
Tomatoes
Oat cakes
Cucumber
Boiled potatoes

?

can you make a frittata with the eggs and tomato and potato and cut into fingers?

Ooh, i fancy that myself!

Wasn't sure if ok to go for eggs as they're one of 'those' foods that are a possible allergen (i think)but i may give them a go.
