I gave my nearly 8 month baby a yogurt with her breakfast and I've just given her some grated cheese with her lunch and it suddenly dawned on me...is that too much dairy/calcium? is there such a thing as too much in a growing baby???Confused

thanks

There's bound to be some upper limit to calcium... but some yoghurt and grated cheese is nowhere near!! Please don't worry about it for a second longer!

Perhaps you could find a book about nutrition for babies/children and then you would be able to reassure yourself? (Does such a book exist?)

Do you worry about how much calcium she's getting from her milk? That's a much bigger source of calcium than a yoghurt!

Honestly, don't worry about it.
