How much milk at 11 months old?

My dd just doesnt like bottles anymore, she'll drink about 6oz a day, the rest I mix with her cereal and I give her lots of yogurt, cheese, custard etc. I'll have no trouble stopping the bottle, she doesn't care about it and seems to want to be fully weaned!
Should I be stressing that she doesn't like milk and barely drinks any anymore?

Hi IM how are you? hows dd? My partners nephew gave up his milk at 4 months when she stopped breastfeeding him. The health visitor and doctor recommended that she just tried to give himlots of cheese, yoghurts, milk puddings, milk sauces with meals etc. Just like you are doing. But if you are worried why dont you ring your health visitor?

She's on maternity leave!!!
I'm not too worried, just wondered if it's still an issue at nearly 1 yr old, I know they need calcium but as long as I get about 10oz into her a day that should be enough...?

I will ring them defintely, they r a bit crap here tho once the baby is older than a month or so and theres no health problems.
I've called several times in the past when I've had concerns and had very reluctant visits, the only one who seemed bothered was the one whos on maternity leave.

up to 1 year around 20 ounces is recommended. From 1 year the minimum recommended is around 350mls (about 12 ounces). This doesnt all have to be in the form of a drink as dairy products, milk with cereal and in cooking count as well.
