Parents 40th wedding anniversary in December we want to all go away for a week/ long weekend.
coastal walks with the dogs
fun in an indoor swimmingpool with the kids
open fire for warming glass of port
preferably near a good restaurant so we don't have to cook EVERY night.
money not the most important thing.

Bucks Farm. We stay here for a weekend in January for my 40th. You could hire the cottages together.

Have you tried these people? Annoyingly, you can't see all the properties on the website; you have to buy the rather expensive handbook, but some of them are swoonsome, an the website gives you a flavour. Would be fabulous for a special occasion like this.
