Cornwall/Devon/Dorset suggestions

We got a top recommendation from Mumsnetters and stayed in Kelling Heath, North Norfolk earlier this year, it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted and would highly rate it. Now we are looking for the same concept but in Cornwall/Devon/Dorset. We want facilities like an indoor pool, gym, WIFI, kids playgrounds, restaurant/pub nearby, shop etc (Centre Parcs but without their price tag basically). We don't want a Haven caravan site though. Max £400 for the accommodation. Any suggestions?

Ladram Bay is nice and has great facilities. Also lots of tourist places close by eg Crealy, Pecorama and Bicton
