Nice B&B or pub accommodation in Bath

Anyone got any recommendations? I'm looking for somewhere not too granny-ish, but that won't break the bank and actually in Bath (walking distance ti the spa etc/ 20 mins walk).

WE stayed in the Holiday Inn. perfect spot opposite a really brilliant indian restaurant and a really short walk into town. not a b and b but the money you save can be spent on shopping!
