What 'extra' qualities can you bring to our school?

Got asked this today at interview, I think I fluffed it really. I responded with enthusiasm, creative lesson, getting good results etc and he said that was all a given, what extra could I bring! I didn't know what to say, I couldn't commit to after school clubs as the position is mornings only - any ideas?

Musical ability? So lunchtime choir, orchestra, recorders. Interest in gardening so lunchtime gardening club? Sports? Or how about a particular subject area you have an interest in? Could be Maths, or Eco-Schools or Art - anything like that I reckon! Particular interest in or experience of SEN? A language?
