Maths Interview Questions

Have name changed for this as don't want to out myself!

I have applied for a full time job (mainscale) at a high school. I don't even know whether I will make it to the short list as I am an experienced teacher UPS 3 rather than an NQT. The reason for the move is that I only teach 0.6 of a timetable at present but really want to move to a full time post.

If I do make it to the interview stage can anybody out there help me with possible questions I might be asked? It's been a while since I was last in this position!!

Most of our questions would be general:

Feedback on lesson (does it match with ours?!)
An example of a challenging situation and how you dealt with it
What are you most proud of and why?
Subject specific I might ask about the new Maths curriculum - preparing for the new GCSE for example. Mathematical thinking and conceptual understanding. And I think that's where you steal a march on the whippersnappers!

Thankyou TheFallenMadonna

I'm usually OK with questions about my teaching, it's the topical questions that terrify me! What type of answers would you be looking for regarding changes to KS3 and GCSE?
