Looking for one reason

My ht (at a private school) said today that he is looking for just one reason as to why job sharing shouldn't be allowed.
If one parent complains, I will be asked to either go back to full time or leave. Nice. Shame that the parents are very happy with the set-up. I feel very on edge. After all, it could an unreasonable complaint, non issue, that means I lose my job.
I'm so angry. My job share partner and I have worked so, so hard to make it work. Much more than my 21 paid hours a week. I'm now looking for another job. I am fed up of the scrutiny.

Seek legal advice? More effective than union and first half an hour is usually free as far as i am aware.

Union rep, chair of your common room ( if you have a chair) and legal advice. That is outrageous, bullying behaviour.
