The litter tray

Inside cat become outdoor cat

Seems like Mr Apollo no longer wants to spend the days on the sofa or on my lap. For the last two days he's barely been inside during the day. Tonight we struggled to get him to come in. Our previous cat would come and go as she wanted but I'm not comfortable with this one being out at night and I certainly don't want any little presents on my bed during the night. I'm wondering if the longer days are confusing him or if he's just more confident in his surroundings.

It's the warmer weather, happens every year here.

My winter lazy lapcat is changing into his summer uniform.of skinny racing snake hunter who disappears over the fields for Al fresco breakfast as dawn breaks. Often he's not back for hours. He's just a natural roamer when it's warm.

Smells, light breezes, sounds, flobbly young birds etc etc? They like being outside in spring and summer, it seems.

He's spent the whole day outside again today. Went out around 11 and came back around 6.30. Guess I'm going to have to change my expectations for cuddles.

He's currently asleep on my desk.
