The litter tray

Can I keep a urine sample in the fridge overnight?

I got one half an hour after the vet shut. As I believe is traditional in these situations.

I got him to wee in the bath which hasn't been used for ages so it might have a little bit of dust in it.

I think the fridge should be fine. If you leave it out, bacteria may grow/multiply (I think) just like on anything organic.

Right. I have work tomorrow so I'll put the flask in the fridge overnight so I can store it safely while I'm at work.

Yes. I had to do this for our dog recently.

What are you testing for? If its crystals, you need a fresh sample to the vet asap. If its for bacteria its not too bad - is it in a red top or white top?
