Best flea treatment without going to the vet

title says it all really

noticed a couple on the cat today and really dont want to have to go to the vet for treatment

have heard frontline isnt as effective as what it use to be,so any help would be great

I get Advantage which seems to do the trick for us- it's on Amazon. I spray the house with Indorex as well.

I use effipro and the cats never had fleas. It's cheap too.

Effipro didn't work for us, advantage has got rid of them this time.

Advantage works brilliantly for us, have used others and they've done nothing but the advantage gets rid of them really quickly every time

The indorex spray is great too (I think there is another similar spray) because it lasts a year even if the cats do get fleas they don't spread and they stay on the cats, it's meant that while I'm waiting to treat the cats the kids don't get bitten, fab stuff
