Day 4 - no other obvious ill effects. Should I be concerned?

I'd reduce food portions by at least half, and add a dollop of live goats yogurt. I wouldn't worm at this point unless you know a dose is scheduled or have seen evidence of worms.

What are you feeding him? It cold be an intolerance to his food?

I would feed some tripe (natures cd eat not supermarket bleached) to help settle his tummy and keep an eye on his poo.

Try Plain chicken and rice always settles my dogs very sensitive stomach. It could be caused by something he ate in the garden/park that you didnt see.
