My collie hasn't had a walk today, nor have we played or done any of the normal stuff.

He ripped the skin of one of his pads. Again. So no fun until he can walk on it.

Poor boy :( did he do it on glass? I always worry about broken glass as people are so careless

Nope, he just ran around too much! He can rip his pads on grass and on the mats at dog training Hmm

I was really careful too, no toys were thrown and I made him have lots of rest inbetween playing.

Between the teeth ball (we have that one too) and the glowing eyes he looks slightly nuts!!

My dog has bad scabby, dry, bleeding paws too I feel your pain dealing with it!

He is more than slightly nuts!

When he runs too much (by too much I mean any running), the skin on his paw sort of comes away like a blister but not. Then it rips. He current has a bit of skin flapping around. It will heal fine and then the next time he is allowed to run around it will happen again unless I am really careful.

She's moved from my bed to the sofa today.. and that's it. Looks like that's all she's planning to do too.

Mine really wasn't happy when her dinner was all gone. She brought me her bowl to prove the point. And sat chewing it (just when I looked at her).

She loves this weather, but has been a bit out of breath after a run, cos she's too curly wurly. Luckily, she's at the groomers today. She will be like a pup when she gets back home :) Can't wait!

Mines (I think) some sort of scenty hound x spaniel x some sort of super leggy dog Grin
She has an average size body, but really long legs and small feet!

No Owllady we tried him with boots and it wasn't worth the fight to put them on.

This is our well loved dog. She is either in her basket, like this or guarding the patio door to ward off evil squirrels. They tend to just laugh at her and climb up trees and she never thinks to look up.

She may be a bit dumb but she gets away with it by being gorgeous.
