He'll be fine, won't he? He's a small dog, cocking his leg, and sometimes getting amorous with my shoes. I'm just having a wobble about the anaesthetic issue. My older dog was 'done' at 6 months and bounced out of the clinic as if nothing had happened, so I know it's not a major surgery. But still. He's my baaaaaaybeeeeee

He will be fine I had the same problem I couldn't even take him to the vet had to get my daughter and her boyfriend to do it. Was on the phone dead on 2.30 when they said I could ring and was waiting for the vets to reopen at 4.30 when I could pick him up. He was very quiet that night and for the most of next morning then he was back to normal. Looking back can't believe while I was so nervous. Give your little furbaby a cuddle from me whenn you pick him up tonight.

Thanks, Tilly. My older dog barely noticed. He vaulted over the reception desk when I went to pick him up Grin The pup is a bit of a wuss, though, so I'm expecting him to feel quite sorry for himself. I do feel guilty, though.

The sneaky little beggar has only got out of it Shock Poor thing has developed a runny bum as the day has worn on, and now there's blood in it. Rang the vet and the op is postponed until he's better.

Typical man will do anything to get out of it.

Looks like we're heading to the vet anyway :( Still bloody diarrhea and also some weird bubbly wee. He's ok-ish in himself, just sleeping a lot.

He has colitis, so we're going to spend the next week trying to get antibiotics down him and pro kotin paste stuff. Poor little guy has a sore tummy and wants lots of cuddles. Looks like the castration will be off the cards for at least a fortnight

Try giving him tablets in mini ham or jam sandwiches thats what I do. Give him lots of cuddles and kisses. Hope he is feeling better soon.
