The doghouse

What is my dog doing?

Apart from just driving me mad? He's been running round the house, in circles mostly, nose to the ground for about half an hour. Occasionally asks to go out, comes back in and starts again. Tail is waggy.

Nobody's been here to visit today. He's used to the cat smell. What is he doing?? 10 month old springer, by the way.

has your cat been playing with a catnip toy?

My dog will happily sniff away at the smell.

he is chasing out the windgoblins from the house. You must have left a door or window open and they got in.

He's decided to maul a bone to death instead. Throwing it around. Mad creature. I'll watch out for the ghosties.

I reckon it's what my grandma would call 'spring snap'. My pup keeps doing the same. My DCs are little buggers high spirited at the mo, too.

Although not as much with sniffing the floor.

We call that the mental half hour. Both our dogs have them, unfortunately not at the same time though!

I hope it's not a mouse...

The cat's mouse hunting days are long gone. Dog would be much better at catching them but I don't want one in my house.

Is there a body under your floor boards?...or a secret cannabis cellar?...or maybe a pair of nesting pheasants Grin
