I have just seen the rescuer on the local news and he wants to keep it! He was saying because of the bad weather he did the bins today instead of in two days time!! Dusty is a lucky boy!!

Oh the poor little pup, how could anyone even think of doing such a thing . I know people do these awful things to dogs, never stops me being shocked though.

He's one of the lucky ones though, to be found in time and hopefully have a good home now!
