Almost 1 and regressing :(

Our staffy is 1 this month, and in the last 2 weeks he has reverted back to how he was at 8 weeks old

he nips, jumps, barks at anything, and is chewing everything up! He refused to let my sister in the house yesterday without humping her.

any advice gratefully received
