Anyone's dogs washing them all the time?

Dogs trying to wash their owners I mean! My dog (21 months) has started to do this a lot! Am used to the cats settling on my knee then licking me but the dog seems to think I need a full scale groom

Could it be her age - she is due to be neutered in 2 weeks?

Mine did that, I don't think it's anything to worry about but it can be unnerving how methodical and determined it can feel! DH and I just used to joke about it:"missed a bit" etc. it can possibly indicate anxiety but if there are no other symptoms I wouldn't worry.
