Advice please re: dog being sick

My 2 year old dog was sick 4 times last night around 12 and then in the night. I thought it was a chew I had given her in the day as she never normally has them. She was up for her walk this morning, ate her breakfast (just dry dog food - Barking Heads) but wanted to sleep all day except when she heard the fridge being opened at lunch time. Still interested in food and nagged me for her dinner - gave just her normal dry food again. At 9 pm she was sick again 3 times. So she kept her breakfast down but not dinner. The only thing different is the food is a different flavour (has had this before though), but I mixed it in with the previous flavour.
She is not herself so I am going to take her to vet tomorrow. She is not drinking much water so I have given her some water in a kids medicine syringe as I am worried she is going to get dehydrated. She is 7 kilos in weight - should I be giving her water like this or just leave bowl near her for her to drink if she needs to? Is there anything else I should do tonight?
She is not a 'sicky' dog and normally has a cast iron stomach (has eaten poo of unknown origins without any ill effects).
Any advice much appreciated!

I went to the vet on fri and he thought just gastric irritation as pooing ok. Just said to feed small amounts. Not dehydrated at all. And fri she was not sick at all. However she was sick sat morning once and then again in evening quite a lot. I tried chicken and rice last night but it all came up. Should I starve her for a while ? She is still keen for food. Vets not open until tomorrow. She is not acting ill just a bit more tired than normal and sleeping more. Has been going on since wed evening now and her poo is now turning more runny :(

Have you tried scrambled egg?

Just scramble two eggs [no milk sat or pepper] and give him that for his normal meals nothing else.

Do that for a day.

See what happens, keep an eye on poo may take a couple of days to get back to normal.

My dog cannot stomach chicken and rice it makes him worse.

Thanks pipkins - the chicken and rice came out looking practically the same as it went in! Will try scrambled egg. I gave her a tiny portion of her dried food for breakfast and so far she has kept that down, but will give her the egg this evening.
