After 2 years of using e-bay (buying & selling) had a crap experience this week.

Bought a DVD for dd, clearly a copy, advertised as Region 2, Disk said on Region 3 but seemed to be Region 0, cover clearly a fake, looked scanned in to me, no hologram as there should have been.

Seller has agreed a refund, do I report it to e-bay after he's given me my money back?

Sell and Buy. Prefer buying to selling though! Bought some really nice stuff, but I'm sick to death of selling stuff, more trouble than it's worth, I've made abit of money but I hate paying all the fees, and packaging everything up and moany buyers, and non paying bidders etc!

Problem these days is getting to know all the frauds going on on there, once you've been stung by them, you get a little wiser, like don't leave feedback till they've left it for you, get proof of postage etc, I used to do it a few years ago and it seemed much more honest and simple back then, people seem to have found the loopholes in it all now.

Talking of Ebay - I've got a dilemma. Bought a CD off a private seller. Insufficient postage so I had to pay extra £1.19 (in addition to the £1.50 she'd already charged me for P&P). I emailed the seller to say thanks for the CD but just to let you know that there was insufficient postage blah blah blah. She replied quite snottily, that correct postage sent and not her fault if stamp fell off. So I said nothing on envelope to indicate another stamp had been there and I'd have to give her neutral feedback.
She replied back saying she'd rather me leave no feedback than neutral and I replied saying that I'm sure she would but I've now paid £2.69 P&P for the CD and I might as well have bought it from my local supermarket and that perhaps if she'd been a bit more courteous (ie. said sorry, which I would have done) I would have probably still given positive feedback.

So, my dilemma is - should I give neutral or negative?

Am I thinking about this too much - part of me thinks she sooooo deserves negative.
